NewCo attribution brainstorm

In cooperation with Marianne Ketting of Ketting Partners I developed and hosted a brainstorm aimed to develop a new strategy for three merging healthcare colsultancies. For this brainstorm we took the blue ocean strategy as a basis. To elicit knowledge that was already there with the participants, we used attribution to elements on a given graphic.

We proposed a graphic that was basically an infographic with the actual information lacking. Through labeling the ‘obvious’ threats and opportunities and those ‘under the surface’ we mapped out the current state of affairs and the core of the mid-term vision and strategies to follow.

This graphic was based on research on beforehand and drawn out by me. The technique of attribution in brainstorms is fairly common, however, I do not know of any example that uses such elaborated and customized infograpics.
